Pet Policy

We are pet friendly. 2 pets allowed per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Non-Refundable pet fee is $200 Pet rent is $30.00 per month per pet. Resident shall keep all pets vaccinated and registered with appropriate local/state officials in accordance with applicable law. All pets must be 6 months in age or older. Weight restriction 20 lbs at full grown. No dog breeds will be allowed who are known to exhibit aggressive or vicious behavior, including but not limited to the following: Rottweiler, Husky, Pit Bull, Great Dane, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Doberman Pincer, Wolf Hybrid.
